I agree that they have had partnership offers they didn't want to accept and need a partner to file the NDA. There was buyout talk 3 plus years ago and a $12 a share number was I believe the Odi's magic number at that point. I think they are at a point where they have to make a decision and move forward and not be so staunch as there is a big upside and major boost to the credibility of the owners and the value of the company. We all know how big of egos they have.
