Cpopp : you have spelt out my dread/ worst case





My answer has to be that a lot of this work and testing has
already been done and the correlation between laboratory and
field work has clarified where further testing - commercially significant testing - is not needed

My hope is that it was only the condensate that needed
further work

I guess the novelty could always entail more tests as you suggest but surely
there have to be parameters and phases so that the first operations can both be trials and then for real..rather than formally designated as trials
which might delay the commercial start..

Let's hope that a Letter of Intent can cover all the phases
within a context that allows for novelty and adjustments and
then take-off !
