but how can a company try to get things moving without a company number?

My take is Pedro is/has been working on getting all his sh!t together and whatever that entails it's been taking a while.. but I do firmly believe he is/has been in the background trying to line things up and take advantage of his properties and this bull market in the metals. As for the lack of a phone number to officially reach the company right now, my take is that they are/have been in a dark period where they're essentially 'shut down' and simply focusing on getting their businesses under control. When they have the financing/deals/whatever is holding them taken care of, that's when they'll flip on the lights and start acting like a real company again.

Again, this is all my inferring and best educated guess, but the reason I'm here is because I think this dark phase is just a temporary thing and the gamble is that they indeed surprise the market with production news or at least a solid indication they're working towards that. Right now the pps and market cap is priced at virtually no expectations and a worst case scenario playing out. That's what happens when a company stops updating it's investors, BUT these situations can be massive opportunities when the company surprises the market and the market is quickly forced to reprice the stock now that expectations have been shattered. The first thing you need is the beat down stock, which TINO is. Next we need the right circumstances and in this case that will be when/if the company finally gives us an update/ catches up on filings.

I certainly can't say for certain they're still alive, but I like the odds here especially compared to the risk to reward. Most of my optimism comes from how bullish I am on gold/silver over these coming months/years. If I'm right about how much upside the metals have, than Pedro/TINO can't mess this up if they tried. When gold was getting hammered into the ground TINO had little leverage to get the necessary financing and thus they went dark. Now that gold is climbing the cards they're holding are getting better and better.
