It was a nasty glitch that took time to correct largely because there is no Market Maker on this stock.
I am not suggesting that Bruce should get a Market Maker either, as then you could short this stock (not synthetically) and kill it in a week.

The general downtrend , well that was a given with some waiting for the pop that never came with the DEA reclassification hopes.

But that isn't dead yet either, but has little relevance to HEMP inc business (or lack thereof)
