In regards to Lehman, we fit the subsidiary definition to the tee. Lbhi owns 100% of the commons of out Trusts. We are a SPV.

That was one of the issues in this crisis. The SPVs and how to account for them. I am not saying CTs are a major issue but the concepts of SPV are, especially the ones hiding masking liabilities the big time liabilities.
