International Star, Inc. (“ILST” or the “Company”) (OTC: ILST) is pleased to announce the 2016/2017 yearly maintenance fee payments for federal lode mining claims for the Van Deemen project has been paid to the United States Bureau of Land Management (USBLM) by monies advanced from the directors of ILST. Fees of $155 per claim must be paid to the BLM by August 31, 2016. These payments will protect the claims thru August 31, 2017. The Van Deemen Project, which is located in the northern Black Mountains in Mohave, Arizona, is currently seeking funding to put the property into production
