Gary and his co-scammers have finally filed to de-list the stock, so the rip-off appears to be played out. Can't milk it any more, can't stand the scrutiny and no progress since 2011. We all knew this was coming...........

My guess, is a thorough look at the books, which shareholders are entitled to is still possible, with another set of civil actions against officers and directors some of whom may actually have assets.

Me, I'm interested in criminal prosecution so I'll reach out to the SEC, RCMP, FBI etc...
