Funny you are VERY selective with your "DD..." You fret over a consultant that Bio-Tracking hired... YET you don't know who helped structure the financing of the original deal, Midland Baring Financial???

THAT notion in itself is difficult for anyone somewhat knowledgeable about this stock's circumstances to believe, and in my mind indicative that you are indeed simply trying to maniplate investor sentiment by continuing to seed this board with doubt through deception & and distorting facts....

Your knowledge about one "detail" from the very early days, YET ignorance of another, much more important detail from the early days betrays your motives: Midland Baring Financial Group

If there indeed was any deception involved in the early stages of forming Nord Oil (which is now NWOG)... it was most likely conducted by Midland Baring Financial Group in order to help "hype" the deal & get their money/fees more quickly... I believe there was some sort of in-fighting behind the scenes with Midland Baring...

But I believe Midland Baring Financial is officially out of this corporation now, but still the target of their disgruntled employees... which MIGHT even include you whether directly or indirectly. (imho)
