If SHOM is part of a merger with Petrus Resources Corporation, Waters Club Worldwide Inc. and all the other companies that Miguel Dotres is part of then I can see why this conglomeration merger is taking so long. Notice how Petrus Resources Corporation or Waters Club Worldwide Inc. is not mentioned in Corporation Wiki Miguel Dotres overview
