You've been here awhile - did you actually see a prototype of the headphone set John was considering, and was it the one (sort of) shown on Jibe's website?
And - if they cannot finance the release of the headphones, doesn't that pretty much dictate the fate of the other product launches we were expecting (i.e., Ipod bugs, ANY kind of automotive product line or computer product)?
As to the forward looking statements, well, I'm no longer holding my breath, joining the growing list of investors who are waiting for their breakeven point to get out.
