That made no sense, The company could not hold back FDA approval because it isn't up to them to hold that information back. If a company was being approved they would send that news out like a bat out of hell.
I think you are talking your self into believing something good is going to happen. This is after all penny stocks and most of these companies are crap.

Rule #1 Never fall in love with a stock
Rule #2 Hope is not a strategy
Rule #3 Most if not all of these penny stocks are crap companies.
