Prices in January were between $0.10 and $0.27

CVSI hit a high of $0.27 at the start of January, 2016 and fell as low as $0.10 during that month.

Here's an annotated chart that shows when the three $510K note tranches became eligible for conversion along with the dates of the press releases announcing the beginning and end of the prepayment process that prevented further dilution from that series of notes:
