Arch gets the proceeds, which should be recorded as from financings.

As for at the bid or at the ask - who cares. It is a transaction where Arch sells stick to the warrant holder at .36, whatever the current market is.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
