Here is someone else on the "Official" board who daringly departs from the strictly enforced "all is wonderful" line and is close to getting it:

I can't tell if it's all just the company trying to raise much needed cash and/or officers are also selling their recently allocated shares for their own profit. However, it does appear that shares are being used to pay the bills.
