1) volume---increasing steadily
2) large bloc buys and bids.....

These two points are important. Volume shows desire to own the stock
Size of buys and bids reveals serious investors. Notice that bid today @ .006 of 1.68MLL???

Tells me that people want in, anticipating positive updates. I am too.
