Valiant, where did this ridiculous buyout theory come from?;

If we believe what EPGL says about share structure which cannot be verified; 2 entities control this stock. The rest of the common holders combined have no voting rights or control. PPS not going up on the news that was supposed to make it go up and then saying PPS going up does not matter to current shareholders is the most interesting investment strategy ever.
