The outcome that management when this company was formed has succeeded more than they ever imagined.

Unfortunately, that isn't the same outcome as what investors were hoping for.

It's not malfeasance, it's brilliance.

These guys are good.

(ceo letter "coming as soon as fiscal year ends" is immediately changed to "coming in sept to coincide with the financial filings." just more of the same. )

No Tox completed in '16. No clinicals started in '16.
