I don't think we'll know until they announce it. The problem here is people have become extremely cautious because of the setbacks on the CC.

Unless and until that CC takes place, much confidence has been lost. If the company holds the CC and people see that the event was significant, this stock could find very strong legs as traders realize it all wasn't just a lot of hype.
