I warned that this will go right back to the .002s. This was just another huff & fluff PR. They didn't even install anything yet. They went to look at the university. They should have done that months ago, before they even worked out this deal. They are just trying to buy time so that can dilute more. This dump today is just more dilution. LOOK OUT BELOW. THIS IS DROPPING HARD & HEAVY.
