No legitimate law firm in the United States would represent GDSI, as a Plaintiff in a case against Rontan, on a contingency basis.

Given that GDSI is broke, and is otherwise a worthless shell corporation, the chances of GDSI coming up with the money to hire a legitimate law firm to sue Rontan are very small.

Moreover, the probability is high that, given Sullivan's and GDSI's longstanding history of fraud (as evidenced by the recently-filed SEC case against GDSI, the currently-pending Delke securities fraud litigation, etc.), Sullivan and GDSI did something along the way to give Rontan a legitimate basis to negate the original agreement from last October.

There are people in life who appear to serve no purpose other than to hurt others.

Sullivan is one of them.
