MommaSaid,

If Wiley waits until the PPS is over .01 then that will only be 100M add to the A/S.

$1,000,000 /.01 = 100,000,000
A/S = 500,000,000
New A/S = 600,000,000

An A/S of 600,000,000 is still great for a company such as this.

Now that is if Wiley dilutes when it is at .01 PPS, but it may go well above that and he may sell dilute at .02 PPS or above.

$1,000,000 / .02 = 50M

The first scenario is a 20% increase in A/S and the second scenario is 10% increase in A/S.
Not bad at all, the way I look at it.
It is more likely that the latter one will be the case.

With that being said, the purpose of this minute dilution will ultimately bring the PPS drastically higher than if there was no dilution at all.

For instance Wiley will be using the 1M to start up another operating plant for the purpose of producing millions of units @ $280 a unit. Which is more than what others companies would be doing with that money. Even just 100,000 units would bring revenues in @ $28M in just one year alone! Which the claim they are doing at present.

Now the question is, do you want to be apart of that 1M startup plan and buy in at these great prices, or would you rather stand on the sidelines and holler insults at the winning team?

Business is never so healthy as when, like a chicken, it must do a certain amount of scratching around for what it gets.
