Without knowing anything, what happened here is the following. The stock went down to the 1.20 area a few weeks ago while they were in the S1 process. They priced the offering internally. Then there was a promo or two combined with good numbers and the stock took off big time. Somebody shorted into that heavily, knowing the offering price. Now they took it down further yday with shorting and retail sellers and make sure that even the last retailer is selling before they let it breathe again and before an aquisition announcement comes.

That's just my guess as to how this developed lately. We basically know that this volume can't possibly be all natural selling with the small float there is. IMO
