So that all the "whales"dump and the strong hands get bigger pay outs. No management of any stock aims for suspension that is just BS. They are waiting for a ton of sellers to exit, then they will file. Until then litigation with the SEC is a worthwhile risk. Think about it, less shareholders equals more money for existing shareholders! HJOE$$$$$
