not to sure I would have like to see that dilution to the NXG numbers quickly approaching ~~~~ man, they are "bleeding" !!

and, $5.2M seems extemely HIGH on the NXG/AZK tit-for-tat !?!?
anyone here familiar enough w/ that process to comment on that
siginicant takeover cost ?
