yeah, there is no reason to even bring up the prospect of a BK.

It's not like the company has done anything like:
1) Failed to file any financial documents in almost a year.
2) Cut off all means of communication.
3) Made moves to wrest all control away from shareholders.
4) Had volume dry up to almost nothing over the past few months.

I have no idea why you would even consider mentioning that this company is in such terrible shape that perhaps the possibility of filing for bankruptcy is even worth mentioning.
