Do i understand that, with this offering today, the company has added (assuming overallotment, but not exercising of warrants) at least another 4.6 million shares, to a share-count that was already bloated to over 1.2 million (according to an analysis that someone posted some time ago on this board)... and that last Fall, after the reverse split, the share-count was down to under 200k? So we have at least 23 times the dilution since then?

To have a market cap valuation of $3M (relatively high for this co., no?), the shareprice would need to be about 52 cents.

Am i missing anything?

I was thinking of buying shares when i first reviewed the number of contracts and its high percentage of marketshare, but i'm thinking that with the big dilution news, it might still be "overvalued."

Not bashing, just trying to understand.....
