Well let's see.... There is a rule they discovered called rule #144. You see they can save money by not reporting to the Securities Exchange Comission (SEC). That way they are not held to SEC stringent policies that protect the investor.
Then they can say lots of pleasing things that people want to hear so they will throw $$$$ at it. But let's just hope investors don't catch on to the lies.... Well, then again some will still believe and hold until they loose all their retirement savings.
