Not many tickers out there in OTC which has
-200 million AS OS (AS maxed out)
-no change in SS ( read 8K)
-consistent revenue ( once they close the deal)
- NO ABSOLUTELY NO convertible debt
- insiders bought in Q1 and Q2 and hold majority.
- love the transparency

Market will catchup.
