There is no potential here. NONE. Always huge losses and funds are bring siphoned out of the company.
There will be no audit. Too much fradulent activity in my, not so humble, opinion.
My prediction; bankruptcy, and some, if not most officers and directors, including the felon Steven Zale, will go to prison.
