Well you got good info. So it appears he can pay off the note in full but there is very little left, he is still going to need additional financing to cover the existing operational cashflow.

Very little information about "Head North LLC". Although it is in MN it has the exact same name as a company in VT....but they are different.

The MN LLC was registered a little less than two months ago. Would be interesting to know where the $375K is actually coming from behind "Head North".

But this is full on penny MJ territory now...
