Monarch Bay is focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. I read this press as something positive to grow the business...not to PR the company. I see nothing in the release regarding PR services by Monarch.

"identify and introduce prospective parties to an acquisitions, merger, joint venture or other similar transaction or relationship."
