If Peregrine is valued based on its bank balance and Avid's earnings,

pphm is valued based on its cash and cash-flow including Avid - which is (negative). When/if pphm becomes profitable it will be valued on earnings (which will be minimal to begin). The entire premise by SK makes no sense. They will grow Avid until it reaches the point that it generates enough profits to carry the pphm dead-weight? Not a very competitive position for Avid to be put in. How are they going to grow without hiring more staff? If they add staff how do they generate enough profits for the pphm gang?
