Well, put aside the company's zero performance in business in this blooming mobile payment industry, this CEO is a CROOK until he can fully explain why/how he used the proceeds from selling extremely toxic convertible notes to buy those not so luxury real estates... obviously the company does not has revenue from its business.

If a CEO does not put the available resources for development of the company, instead, keep on selling toxic convertibles for his confidential real estates business.... he is a CROOK.
