Huffman has documented 6 different emails and notices to arrange a time to allow the defendant to depose Kyle and depose Volentine as stated in the last court proceeding by the Judge on July 7.

I realize those two are one in the same as they are joined at the hip in scandals, but which one is the source of the misinformation?
