am i being naieve, maybe this kind of oversight could be a good thing as it shows these stocks have been manipulated and should be avoided and it sends a message to those parties who might be considered shady from further manipulating other stocks. hopefully this type of checks and balances also catches events before they might cause a status such as noted here. i just want to be sure that no stock i own ever becomes part of this list. i would not be happy with the imposition and the undesirable appeal it might have once i want to sell it. i wonder what criteria must be met to come off the list? any other feedback or orpinions would be insightful.
