I am convinced now that management is dumping shares into the O/S. Restricted or not, this is dilution, big time. May be required to attain business plan stated goals but be assured, continued dilution WILL result in a r/s down the road.

I still believe that KGKG is a valid enterprise with a great bit of promise. But dilution dulls success. We are probably within range of an O/S of 500M. That can hardly support a penny given their status as a start-up. Just like many pinkies I own, you can not be a long-term holder if you want to profit in the near distant future.

We are entering a BIG LONG hold here. Many spikes up with just as many pit falls. Just once I would like to hold a consistently rising company's shares due to profit growth and asset building WITHOUT having to pay $50 a share with 7% gain over a lifetime.

Life is just too damn short. Man, I hate day-trading. Too much stress and exhaustion. Can't I just buy once and sit back and watch it grow?
