No upside at all. ZMRK has had the Crayola license since 2014. They haven't delivered any jewelry.
Also, whatever they invoice isn't a legitimate sale. Everything gets written off to Allowance for Bad Debt. Zalemark will invoice to get jewelry out and create phony sales. But no payments against those invoices ever gets collected. Read the financial statements. Zalemark is insolvent.
