Thanks again for your candid response.

I honestly do not know why the 2011 reverse split was promoted with an up-listing and, more importantly (to me), why there didn't appear to have been any follow through. But I didn't buy my first few shares of DECN until Dec of 2013.

As for your opinion that "An exchange listing now is impossible", I'm not so sure. I accept your assertion because you are much more knowledgeable than I am about the process than I am. I still retain some hope. But to me, ramping up sales volume is, by far, the most important thing now.
