i don't think you understand the agreement, either that or i don't

Basically for a 25% investment in teliphone (OSK) we get

Office space + Data centre + communications usage to grow our core business.
income from their customers ($1) each
$75000 (of which we have already drawn 25k)

It's a collabaratorive agreement, not a sellout.

at the time of the anouncement (july 17th) there was no reaction to the stock price, probably noone watching.

I see this as mildly positive, in that out expenses will be cut and we get some (but not much) income. And possibly a partner that will help us grow... we shall see.
