Doing some research I see that when HAON sold off IDealFurniture LLC, a company they acquired in February 2015, in January of this year their pps jumped from .022 to .05. The 144 they filed last week shows where they are planning on selling off NDG Holdings, Inc., a company they acquired in January 2015, with a proposed sale date of 09/02/16. IMO if there 2nd qtr financial report due out anytime now is decent and with the proposed sale of the NDG Holdings and hopefully positive news on financing they stated they would close on in 3rd qtr 2016 we will see a big boost in pps. Two years ago about this same time of year they went from .0021 to .0495 and a year ago about this same time they went from .013 to .05. Could we see the pattern repeat this year?
