The really down side to the 10-Q was the rather substantial decrease in revenue. BICX stated that this was totally because of the clinics using substantially less of the BICX program.

Any ideas from anyone as to why this would occur? Also how does a potential patient become aware of the BICX program? Do the clinics promote the program?
