Men's platform diving.

My son's description.

He thought they looked "gay" in their speedos. Obviously he doesn't understand what happens when you hit the water at that speed if you are wearing swimming trunks. Now that would be obscene.

My description...

So I said to him have you tried standing on your head perfectly straight up and down and never mind the dive part Mr. Uncoordinated one.

As the competition went on he got the point.

After every dive he was either saying "Wow" or "you have to be kidding me."


He is still trying to figure out how they manage the twists, turns and somersaults.
