I'm trying to educate shareholders, and potential shareholders not to take anything at face value. Adrian can talk all he wants, but without backing it up with verifiable specifics, it's meaningless. Please, don't believe things at face value just because he says so.

True, on the other hand if he did not have an LOI he could be reported to the SEC. Not sure Adrian would take that risk. I think Adrian needs to provide a lot more transparency then he has been and also get this company going. I am just afraid he is in way over his head. It just seems he wants to wash his hands of the DNA drink which brings into question his abilities to put it lightly.
