CEO is a lying piece of shit, outrageous-fraudster, that was litigated (sued) by the SEC for fraud. They wanted the ass punished badly but the judge comeyed the SEC attorneys. Judge should be ashamed of himself and resign...as soon as he sees this CEO-ass hit the docket again. This time the CEO-pos isn't going to get away with it.

This LCLP thing is gonna tank in the meantime. GLTY. I'd get out.
