Wouldn't say that. The other markets that are much better than Phoenix market currently. It was like overnight all the Mexicans took off. Sheriff Joe scared them off. Once his alheimers ass is gone PHX will be good. But Joe scared off epics market. That's why they were doing so well. The Hispanics. Their just relocating to were the Mexicans all went. Nevada and Texas. Their following their market.
