Due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
I will admit that the "NDA" seemed to me like a way for HCTI management to scam people into believing they have some huge deal...
But then I thought of it more from our possible Partners' point of view... If said company lets HCTI brag about the new product that they co-patented, then the other big names in the industry will know where they got their new formula from and be able to copy it or be able to approach HCTI for a new patent with a minor tweak to said product.
So as much as I dislike the NDA (because it is keeping the PPS down), I completely understand why it is in effect. As long as management has been truthful in their past PR's, this stock is a huge WIN. As long as revenues are disclosed and the partners name is disclosed, BEFORE this reverse splits again (not saying it will, but history repeats), then anyone in this stock will not regret it.
