Look, I'm not saying Titan will not ultimately pull though this. I'm just saying there was no "Plan B". There's no way "Plan B" included halting operations. If there was a plan b it would have been put into place the moment they realized the Chinese deals were dead. Which we now know they knew two weeks ago they were dead. So there's no way on God's beautiful earth they had plan b and part of the plan was halting operations. That is absurd to believe that.
