I believe You can spin off a subsidiary 6 months after a reverse Merger. So imo Imed stays a subsidiary of TRON for 6 months then we possibly Spin it off giving us longs even more Bonuses as in shares of Imed for us and the Company!

So much potential. The one thing I know for certain at .002 this is a no brainier after yesterday's PR.

Clearly Management knows what they are doing and this has been heavily planned out for quite some time.
