During the APO process, it typically requires reorganization of capitalization of the acquiring company (For this case, iMed acquiring TRON).

TRON and iMed is IN FACT, doing an APO.

TRON probably needed to do a R/S to get ready for the pending merger and APO.

This is to possibly answer the question of why TRON Is doing a R/S. From what it seems like, it's for a VERY good cause.

IMO, TRON and iMed isn't planning to screw shareholders. They are doing what they need to do to merge and complete the APO process.

Please do your DD. This is my opinion only, but I believe this is a solid deal. Don't let other posters opinion (either good or bad) influence how you handle YOUR investment with TRON. But TBH, I highly recommend looking into this.
