Re-read, but don't see what you're talking about. In any case, losing court cases now because of takings not being ripe (as Lamberth previously ruled) does not mean that they could not be filed in future, as they certainly would be if Gov't were foolish enough to wipe our shares out. Yes, it would be a painful and long drawn-out process, and a bad time for the pps, but I feel confident I could go away for ten or 20 years and come back to find my shares intact, and substantially more valuable than they are now. I'm actually a lot less confident in the upcoming court decisions than I am the ultimate fate of the shares. I still feel Perry appeal chances are 50/50 at best, but things should fare better in Delaware.
